Why it's worth doing

In shaded, damp areas, walkways and steps grow a green film that gets slippery in the rain. Cleaning it off makes the surface safer to walk on and makes the whole property look better.

Pressure washing vs. soft washing

Hard surfaces like concrete can handle high pressure. Siding, stucco and painted surfaces usually can't. Those get soft washing instead.
