How often should I clean my gutters on the North Shore?
Twice a year is a good baseline for most homes: late fall after needles and leaves drop, and again in spring. Homes under tall firs or cedars often need it more often.
How much does gutter cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of the home, the number of storeys, the length of the gutter runs and how full the gutters are. Call or send a quote request with a few details and we'll give you a price.
Do I need to be home?
Not always, as long as we can safely reach all sides of the house. Let us know when you book.
What happens to the debris?
Debris from the gutters is bagged and taken away, not left in your garden beds.
Do you pressure wash roofs?
No. High pressure can damage shingles by stripping their granules. Moss is removed by hand and soft brushing, and roofs are cleaned with low pressure.
Do you do roof repairs?
No. We clean gutters, roofs and exteriors. For leaks or damaged shingles, you'll need a roofing contractor.
